- Orders & Processing Time
• All orders are processed after payment confirmation.
• Our standard delivery time is 15–20 working days.
• Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.
• Custom or made-to-order jackets may require additional time.

• Lethair is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

- Refund & Exchange Policy
✅ Eligible for Exchange:
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
• Wrong item delivered
• Wrong size delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Damaged or defective product (must provide proof)
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear pictures or video proof.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer unless it was our mistake.
